The story of Laine Homes and Villas Spain dates back 20 years to the 1990s when lawyer Markku Tamminen began selling properties in Spain to Finnish buyers through his company, Lomakotiulkomailta. Many Finns realized their dream of owning a home in the sun with Markku’s assistance.

Today, the business is continued by the entrepreneurial couple Minna and Pasi Laine, along with their top agents. Laine Homes and Villas Spain is a licensed real estate agency operating in Spain, specifically in the provinces of Málaga and Alicante, and is registered with the property registries of both regions. The company boasts solid experience and in-depth expertise in the field.

Hi, I’m Alisa Redman. My passions are homes, investing, renovating, and horses. I get to enjoy all of these here on the Costa del Sol, where I’ve been happily living for the past four years.

My interest in real estate began in 2015 when I bought my first renovation investment property in Helsinki. Over the years, I’ve renovated and sold more than 70 of my own flip properties in Helsinki and on the Costa del Sol, and I’ve also developed two detached houses.
